Amidst UNESCO Gardens

Just a short walk from Wechův Dvůr, there you may find two gardens named Květná and Podzámecká, both listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. And these two sprawling fields of greenery and bloom belong to the most beautiful gardens in Europe.
New Look For
Wechův Dvůr
Our project will form a new component of the historical Wechův Dvůr courtyard, right next to the original building, which owns its name to Antonín Wech – an apothecary and burgermeister of Kroměříž. The Late Baroque courtyard building itself resembles a minor aristocratic mansion, and architects from DRNH were very respectful to that aesthetic, while designing the apartment house extension.

Within Ten Minutes Reach
Excellent location within the heart of Kroměříž. Stores, restaurants, cafés, elementary school, also the bus station. All of those can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or less.
Wechův Dvůr is surrounded by two UNESCO World Heritage gardens, one of which, Květná, neighbors with Kroměříž hospital.
